Strollo Architects completed this 64-unit assisted living
facility in late 2012. The 55,000 square foot, 2-story
structure includes 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and studio
apartments.
Residents enjoy an enclosed courtyard, covered outdoor
seating areas, a covered portico for safe and easy drop-
offs and pick-ups, a formal dining area, kitchen and daily
dining area, an activity room, salon and a theatre.
The cost of the project was $7 million.
