PROJECT DESCRIPTION

STUDIO: STROLLO

Strollo Architects, in conjunction with Perkins + Will,

completed the $34.3 million Williamson College of Business

Administration in August, 2010.

Located on the Southwest side of Campus, the 108,000

square foot facility features an auditorium, tiered

classrooms, multi-media classrooms, sales and marketing

labs, a trading center and administrative offices.

The new college creates a link between the YSU campus

and Youngstown’s Central Business District.

Gold LEED Certification was earned.
